Bosveld Koos (or Koos, or BK) hails from the Groot Marico. He’s an avid Blue Bulls supporter from way back.
BK currently lives in New Zealand, but has his heart set on moving to Australia some time in the near future. BK was the result of an electronic conception. The fact that his MOER and his VAAR have never actually met each other speaks volumes about this miracle child. With an IQ bordering on 90, BK is of the opinion that he doesn’t need to work as hard as others ... or at all for that matter.

Cezanne Laidlaw moved to the shores of the east coast in late 2000 to complete her high-schooling, and subsequent transformation into an Aussie. She's originally from Pretoria and supports the Blue Bulls, and of course the Springboks. On the flip side, she supports Queensland in State of Origin, purely by default. Cezanne studied Journalism and International Relations at Bond Univeristy and is now working full time as a journalist on the Gold Coast. She misses mixing the word 'lekker' into otherwise English sentences, and the serenity of the 'bosveld', however wouldn't trade her 'veryGC' lifestyle for anything. Except Paris.

Swartberg has travelled widely in Aus, and worked in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane as an IT Consultant.
Born and bred in Cape Town, he has also travelled and worked all over South Africa and in Europe, and has learnt much.
For example, he knows that Rhodes House in Cape Town is the worlds 3rd Best nightclub, that asking for a ‘latte’ in Rome gets you just that – a cup of milk, and that the ladies of the night in ‘The Cross’ are not all ladies.
He believes that being cleverer than you look, is better than looking cleverer than you are.

Matilda Scarfe was born in South Africa, and migrated to Australia in 1983, after meeting Ray (a Kiwi!) on a visit in 1982. She is a trained beauty therapist, but her love for cooking prompted her to open a restaurant when they moved to Maleny in 1992. The restaurant, “e’afrika” served traditional South African fare, and soon became well-known for the delicious meals in the custom built ‘rondawel’ (round house). By popular request from her customers, Matilda started cooking her sauces, chutneys, marinades and spices under the label Figtree Cottage. They proved to be very popular, and were distributed all over Australia. In 2001 it all became too much, and she sold the restaurant, as well as the products, to retire. Her retirement lasted exactly two months! Matilda re-invented her products under the label Gourmet Afrika, and is as busy as ever, creating new products and distributing Australia wide. A new range of take- home meals for busy people, Private Dining, is about to be launched. Matilda also holds regular cooking classes, and is taking a group to South Africa on a Gourmet Cooking Safari in May 2009. The restaurant is now a holiday rental, called The African Cottage and The Rondawel.

Winning Rookie of the Year working for Aida Johannesburg in June 1989 ignited my passion for people and property. Work and studies in the trenches of different agencies shaped my philosophy of what Property Management CAN be for staff, tenants and landlords. More years of studying Advanced Diplomas in Business Administration and Psychotherapy extensively expanded my knowledge and experience of this city and its culture. Two consecutive bronze and silver awards in 2005 while employed were highlights for me!
However, none as dear as the first day of operation of my own specialist agency! I’m determent to lift the bar with a new flexible approach, offering choices to landlords never possible before. My aim is to empower and support them to take their preferred vehicle of wealth creation to the next level.
Twelve months on, 135 LetOnly.com Landlords have one-manager/one-system, immediate access to weekly rental income and 24/7 access to my accumulated expertise. I take great satisfaction from the real solutions and better choices I tailor for each to create win/win solutions for all.
