I have a confession to make. I hate being cold! And I say this while living on the Gold Coast where they say "it is beautiful the one day, and perfect the next"! Good thing I don't live in Christchurch, or Vancouver, or Jo'burg!

Barry confirmed that my bright idea from last week was indeed not patentable ... because I had already publicised it! Now it was said tongue in cheek, but there is a lesson to be learnt for anyone with a really great idea ... don't tell anyone until you've had it protected in some form!

Systems in your business are all about learning from experience! That is why your systems need to be dynamic. You need to be able to maintain and fine tune them. Not sure if it is just a shortcoming I have, but I do not believe I have ever done anything perfectly the first time.

Systems can't just be set and then forgotten about. They are alive (and hopefully well! Why do we have this impulse to use phrases like that?) and should be updated regularly. If you find a system you put in place has a flaw, don't dump it ... improve it! If you just improve your systems by 5% every week, or month ...it'll never be perfect, but it will be dangerously close ... eventually!

Oh and thank you to Stephen Wruck from King's Christian College on the Gold Coast (amazing school by the way! I should know, my kids go there!) for the tip about Wunderlist! (wunderlist.com). It is a FREE iPhone and Android and web based checklist management tool. Very easy to use and excellent support. I suggested an feature that would be very useful to me, and they have confirmed they will be adding it into a new version! Thanks Stephen!

My wife and i felt absolutely terillhd that Raymond managed to deal with his basic research through the ideas he was given in your web pages. It is now and again perplexing to just possibly be offering key points which usually men and women have been making money from. So we realize we need the blog owner to thank for that. The main illustrations you made, the straightforward blog menu, the friendships you can help promote it's got many extraordinary, and it's really helping our son and our family reason why the theme is thrilling, and that's pretty mandatory. Thanks for everything!
