Include crop marks and 5mm bleed.

All artwork (including embedded files) should be CMYK.

No spot colours or RGB.

No borders.

We prefer files to be in PDF but are able to accept EPS and InDesign files (provided all fonts and links are supplied).

We do not accept Corel Draw, Pagemaker, Photoshop, Publisher or Microsoft Word files.

All images must be 300dpi.

All artwork should be in CMYK (including all placed/ imported images and logos).

Convert all text to outlines.

Please ensure all artwork is CMYK with no spot colours or RGB objects in the layout.

All raster images must be CMYK 300dpi. We discourage the use of JPG’s except where very low compression is used.

If type is used in an image we recommend it be saved at 600dpi.

Illustrator files may have the type converted to paths. In this case, and for any Illustrator vector objects, please ensure the document raster settings are at 300dpi CMYK.

All submissions, where possible, should be accompanied by a printed proof.

Slight variations in colour due to physical factors such as paper density, ink variations, slight variations in press calibration etc. are generally regarded as acceptable.

If no proof is supplied, we cannot be held responsible for errors in the final printing that may occur due to file corruption.

Email submissions should be followed by a printed proof to the standard you require.
